Manufacturing
Weaving – We have state-of-the-art shuttleless looms of make Sulzer, Picanol, and Tsudakoma. The grey fabrics are woven upto 132” (335 cm). The looms have dobby attachments that enable the production of Stripes, Squares, Satin, and Twill weaves. We also weave Jacquard fabrics.
Fabric Processing – Bleaching, dyeing, and printing of the fabric is all done mechanically. We produce fabrics up to a finished width of 126” (320 cm). Dyeing is carried out either on a Continuous Dyeing Range or on Jet Dyeing machines depending on the dyeing lot. Printing is done on Stormac rotary printing machines. We use the latest laser engraving technology for development of our screens for printing.
We use the high technology Monfort stenter machine and 5 or 7-bolt calendaring machine at the finishing stage of the fabric. In addition we have capabilities of mercerizing, sanforizing, brushing, peaching, and giving seersucker effects.
Stitching Factory – Our stitching unit is equipped with Japanese stitching machines and we have machines for button holes, different hem treatments, over locking, and marrowing.
Quality Assurance – Laboratory with a qualified chemist to monitor and ensure that goods are as per required parameters. Our quality checkers are well trained and ensure that products leaving our factory are as per quality standards of the most discerning customer.
Design Studio – Our studio comprises of a young team of qualified designers from reputed design institutes. The design team constantly monitors the latest international trends in the home fashion space and creates designs. With support from the sampling team, samples are developed and tested before putting forth as a finished product to our customers.
The design studio enables us to give excellent visual presentations with the help of advanced CAD solutions. This benefits our customers by first digitally evaluating the product and then executing informed decisions.
Corporate Social Responsibility
We are deeply concerned with our responsibility towards our workers, society, the community, and the environment.
Sustainability – We have embarked on a journey to make our company more and more sustainable with the passage of time. Organic cotton (GOTS), Better Cotton, and Recycled Polyester (GRS) are initiatives that the company has already implemented. We are Oekotex Standard 100 certified and do not use any harmful chemicals, substances, or materials in our production.
Social Compliance – Our factory is BSCI audited. We care deeply about our workers’ human rights, health and safety, working hours, being compensated as per laws governing minimum wages. We do not use any child or forced labour.
Giving Back – Our workers enjoy facilities like regular health check ups, training to improve their skills, and compensation when affected by natural calamities. We run a charitable foundation that manages a girls-only school from grade 1 to grade 12. Tuition fees, books, accommodation, and food are fully sponsored for these girls. Additionally the foundation provides extensive medical and educational aid for the workers, their families, and the community at large.
